👋 Hi everyone! I’m George and we’re working on a tool that helps SMEs boost their online rating by increasing their reviews online. We’ve just launching our product and put first $$$ to ads. However, we encountered some issues: ⁉️ We do have ads rolling on Instagram and FB but noticed that Meta has been showing us wrong number of clicks (e.g. 100 on FB but only our metrics counted only 50). ⁉️ By using Webvisor we notice that after clicking on the ad, users don’t practically do anything on our website, although website is okay-ish with clear CTAs. Questions: 👉 Does anyone encountered the same problem with Meta and what do you do to fix that? 👉 Does anyone use different (apart from Meta products) sources to gain users? 👉 Any other advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

The Ads, it is a money stream that Meta, Google rob your money until learn and find the ad that works for you. The first thing is to be ‘Branding’ and the second thing is ‘Conversions’ . I would suggest to play with google ads for keywords and that will be your keyword in other platforms, unless you have a target customer base.

If you’re getting poor website engagement metrics your targeting may be off. Test 3-4 audiences (without overlapping) the analyze. If you’re B2B I would let target natively on Facebook. I’d go LinkedIn, it’s more expensive but it’s better targeting. Ads may work too if you’re good at keyword research. 👍

@Melih Birim you mean, branding in general terms? Like, how brand is positioned or some specific things when creating ads? Thanks for advice about trying google ads first!

Maybe check if you have pixels correctly installed to track the data.
