Reach out to your network and collect followers, so that you can be in the first 3 places after your launch. Keep your positions as higher as you can, because visitors did not scroll down they just see 3-4 products that are top ones. Plan your launch and share tasks between 2-3 people who are going to manager the launch.

Find the ones already in PH using the community chat, create a network, create a teaser to gain more visibility, ask yor customers/followers for upvotes

It’s critical to get to the Top 5 in the first hour (Midnight PST, since PH is based in San Francisco) and to stay there until ~9 AM EST. That means you need a lot of support in APAC / EMEA. Basically, you win in NAMER, but you can’t do that unless you already are in one of the top few slots when that race begins.
