Hi Everyone! One of the product under my umbrella is a desktop SAAS product where company doesn't want to invest much on the product as it's quite mature, providing good revenue (more than one having active development), convincing existing customer to move another product, no new onboarding happening. We do provide API which upon which customers can build their own system. I feel stuck many a times because it don't get to do regular PM work, we take of priority bugs, restarting on building some new APIs. Looking up for suggestions What all I can/should do. Kindly help here...
