Maybe you can export followers data first, email or DM to them.

There's Phantombuster to do so. I created a Bot that follows and DM competitors and people who published an hashtag I created a video about that and I published and article explaining how I've been able to sold products for my ecommerce. These are in Italian but if you've issues with translation or getting the free bot just let me know 😉
