I'm trying to understand what survey/form builders are you using currently? Is there any pain points that you have? Also one thing that you love and hate about your tool of choice currently?

Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, and Air Table. Works well

I’ve used Qualtrics as well as others mentioned. Biggest hurdle with some (outside of Google forms) is cost.

@Krystan Resch how many forms and submissions would you have in general? And what would be an idea price that you'll be willing to pay for the same?
