Hi All, Would be great if any of the folks here help me understand this. If we are using any tools like Snov.io, Smartreach.io, woodpecker.co, lemlist.com for the email marketing, would the email be sent from my actual domain or from the respective tools domain. Thanks in advance.

From my experience, I use lemlist to do email warmup, here is the explanation how it works https://www.lemlist.com/lemwarm
It is basically a network of people who are part of the email warmup network, and lemlist or woodpecker automatically sends emails from the emails that are part of that network
and that is how they warm up the emails
And reduce spam rate

@Dheenadayalan Sengottuvelumani never send from your own domain. Here's why: These are cold outreach tools. You will email 100s of people out there. There is a lot of possibility that people may mark your email as spam. This will affect your deliverability and your domain reputation will be at risk. Future, all your emails will be going to spam if this happens. To curb that, if you have a website named growthx.com, then get another domain called growth-x.com and plug this domain under your outreach tools. This method is very very common to protect domain reputation. Used by many companies. I do this too. Next, you can then connect this domain and also have custom domain tracking. I use Snov. Goal is to protect your domain reputation and outreach from a separate domain from your original one. Just make sure the domain you purchase is very similar to your original one. Or you can create a subdomain under your original one, but still not recommended IMO. These tools will warmup the email accounts then. Hope this answers.

Hey @Dheenadayalan Sengottuvelumani I had around 60-70% open rate while using lemwarm, which was 30% more then the usual.
