Hello everyone, I'm struggling with converting free to paid users. For context, I work for a SaaS platform in the developer space. Any tactics you can share that have worked for you in the past?

Maybe you are offering everything in the free version that the clients donot feel the need to switch to premium?

No personal experience but I heard that developer tools are hard to monetize. Most products I've seen try to monetize team collaboration and make the version for individuals free.

I agree with Greg, try to communicate with your users and see if you can even upsell to them. The best way to upsell is to build relationships with your users.
