There are a couple of assumptions here .
There are already customers vs prospective customers via the goals.
Based again on these assumptions, this is a remarketing effort to users/customers that you already have their email addresses of.
This should not stray from the typical awareness, consideration, decision marketing path for your comms and marketing push.
Review your email comms and think about how you want to test and create the awareness to these existing customers. Always start out with some metrics to test with first. Not sure of your contacts list size to remarket to. Are your customers segmented out and user journey set up?
For loyalty, that is tough without knowing sentiment of brand or products. I would start there before pushing loyalty out. Run a targeted survey first if you dont already have some kind of feedback loop already.
