Curiously, how many of you who are growth leaders and/or marketing directors/leaders are using outsourced/freelance talent consistently? If you’re freelance team is bigger than your FTE team, I’d love to talk to you more about it.

It looks like you desire freelance talent that's more consistent. Is that right? Or do you mean that the org's leaders are good about hiring devs consistently?
